Brad grew up on a dairy farm just east of Fergus. He farmed with his dad and brother until he was 33. During that time he did judge a few local jersey shows. Brad started with Purina in 1993 and joined the Elmira team in 1995. Since then he has worked with many producers to help them win the Purina Leaders Council for outstanding performance.
