Feed Quality Concerns: Sharpe Farm Supplies (SFS) maintains a return policy of not accepting returns on feed due to biosecurity and feed safety reasons. Feed is subject to strict government regulations. If there is a quality concern with a feed product, SFS will assess the concern and issue a refund or replacement product. Please note; that an original receipt is required and the review process may take 1-2 business days. Please provide the lot code on the bag wherever possible.
General Returns: SFS accepts returns on non-feed items within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in unused condition and in original packaging, and a copy of the invoice is required to show proof of purchase.
Special Order/Final Sale Returns: cannot be returned.
ShopSharpe.ca Returns: item(s) may be returned to any SFS retail store location within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. If you need to return an e-Store item(s) by courier, please contact Customer Service by email, orders@sharpefarm.ca, to gain approval for a return. Once approved, our Customer Service team will send you a shipping label. Please note; that courier fees for the return label will be deducted from the refund. The item(s) will be inspected prior to the refund being issued. Damaged, used, or products not in original packaging may not be issued a full refund. Also, Note; that any items that are shipped back without prior approval will not be subject to a refund.
Reporting Shipping Issues: The customer is responsible for reporting damages or shipment errors within 48 hours of courier or Sharpe delivery. Please report to Customer Service by email, orders@sharpefarm.ca. If the product is damaged, please send pictures wherever possible. SFS cannot assume responsibility for liquids freezing during the winter months during shipping.
